Аннотация: At the current stage, developed economies are able to implement measures to improve energy efficiency. At the same time, developing economies mostly focus on rapid development, which implies a rapid increase in energy demand. The introduction of innovative technologies should meet the energy needs of economies while simultaneously improving energy efficiency. In particular, this applies to increasing renewable energy consumption. The development of this sector can be accelerated through the introduction of Industry 4.0. The aim of the study is to determine the impact of Industry 4.0 on modelling energy scenarios of developing economies. The research involved methods of analysis and synthesis, economic and statistical analysis, graphical methods, and comparison. The study revealed a high impact of Industry 4.0 on the Ukrainian economy, in the particular energy sector. Among other things, improved energy efficiency is the result of such an impact. It was determined that renewable energy consumption in Ukraine increased significantly by 11.5 times during the studied period. The differences in the energy development of Ukraine and China are outlined: China has chosen energy independence. It was concluded that the development and implementation of the latest technologies play a significant role in energy scenarios. The timing of achieving the goals is the main difference in energy scenarios between developed countries and developing countries. The prospect of further research should be the determining means of measuring the impact of uncertainty on energy modelling.

З-поміж основних чинників впливу на ефективність діяльності та конкурентоспроможність підприємств особливе місце займає інноваційний розвиток, що є визначальним фактором у найближчій та, вочевидь, далекій перспективі. Питання напрямів інноваційного розвитку підприємництва залежно від часу і локалізації є дискутабельними, що обумовлено сутнісною характеристикою розвитку як процесу кількісно-якісних змін не лише позитивного, а й негативного характеру, тяжкими наслідками війни для економіки та першочерговим відновленням індустріальних галузей. Інформаційною базою дослідження є рамкові програми Європейського Союзу, дані експертного опитування представників бізнес- середовища, національні та міжнародні нормативно-правові акти. Методичною основою дослідження є методи спостереження і абстрагування, конкретних та абстрактних порівняльних характеристик, критичний, історично-логічний та діалектичний аналіз і синтез соціально- економічних реалій, аксіоматичний метод та метод аналогії, а також метод кон’юнктурних оглядів і прогнозів і форсайту. У статті проведено стратегічний аналіз інноваційного розвитку підприємництва в умовах невизначеності економічних процесів, результати якого агреговано у вигляді концептуальної моделі управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств, яка базується на розробці стратегічної карти збалансованої системи показників і відрізняється інтеракційністю запропонованих заходів для зіставлення результатів з поставленими основними і другорядними цілями та завданнями у довгостроковій перспективі. Розроблена модель зарекомендувала себе як практичний дієвий інструмент управління інноваційним розвитком підприємств. Результати даного дослідження будуть корисні всім, хто вивчає проблемні питання стратегічного управління інноваційним розвитком підприємництва у складних соціально-економічних умовах.

Аннотация: The article is devoted to solving the problem of improving the efficiency of the adaptive management system of an agricultural enterprise on the basis of controlling. The necessity of introducing a management system aimed at ensuring a phased management of enterprise processes, taking into account the specifics of functioning with a high level of efficiency, flexibility and efficiency, has been substantiated. A retrospective analysis of the formation and development of the control system in industrialized countries has bee carried out. The results of the analysis made it possible to highlight the main concepts of controlling in accordance with their orientation. The peculiarities of the organization of the controlling system at agricultural enterprises of Ukraine in the conditions of seasonal market fluctuations have beenare determined. Seasonal fluctuations have a direct impact on the intensity of the use of financial, material and technical, labor, energy and other types of resources of agricultural enterprises in certain periods of time during the calendar year. Thus, they impede the effective planning of the financial and economic activities of agricultural enterprises. This requires the improvement of the management system of an agricultural enterprise based on controlling to balance financial flows between all links of the agro-industrial complex. A mathematical model describing time parameters has been presented. Within the framework of the presented model, controlling actions aimed at ensuring the basic conditions for the functioning of an agricultural enterprise and preventing the phenomenon of shortage of funds during the “low” market period have been proposed. The model allows timely detection of problems and making appropriate corrections in management decisions in order to minimize the destabilizing influence of environmental factors and eliminate unwanted deviations.
