Foreign experience of legal regulation of international cooperation in police activities in the field of licensing objects of the permission system

Abstract

Disclosure of foreign experience of legal regulation of international cooperation in the police in the fi eld of licensing of objects of the permit system and the possibilities of its use in Ukraine are determined. The need to study the successful foreign experience of administrative-legal regulation of international cooperation in police activities in the fi eld of licensing of objects of the permit system in order to determine the possibility of its use in Ukraine and to develop ways to qualitatively improve the administrative-legal regulation of international police cooperation in Ukraine is emphasized. Research of materials and methods based on the analysis of documentary sources of foreign experience of legal regulation of international cooperation in the police in the fi eld of licensing of objects of the permit system. among the main advantages of administrative legal regulation of international police cooperation in the studied countries in the fi eld of licensing of permit system objects, which, in our opinion, should be taken into account in improving the mechanism of administrative-legal regulation of international cooperation in the National Police of Ukraine in the fi eld of licensing of permit system objects systems for better and more effective provision of their activities, are: the introduction of special international programs for training, retraining, advanced training (internship) of police offi cers regarding the creation of an institute of international cooperation in the fi eld of licensing objects of the permit system; strengthening the role of the Department of International Cooperation of the National Police of Ukraine as a coordination center for the interaction of bodies and units of the National Police of Ukraine with other international law enforcement organizations, foreign police bodies and services; active implementation of electronic interaction between cybercrime countermeasures units in the fi eld of licensing of permit system objects; establishment of international mechanisms for conducting investigative activities; initiation of a code of ethics for police offi cers on ethical standards of international police cooperation in the fi eld of licensing of objects of the permit system.
