Abstract:	The organizational principles of functioning of the agrarian market infrastructure from the point of view of providing food security at the strategic level are revealed. The basic elements of market infrastructure that are important for food security are analyzed. The mechanism of state management of the formation of the food market infrastructure, taking into account economic and managerial directions, is proposed.
